    Unsupportive fiance

I have been so absent lately. Everything is good on my end and my fiancé did a complete 360. I think he was more so frustrated with me because I never gave him the chance to explain to me how getting the surgery would make him feel. I just told him I'm getting gastric bypass without any thoughts from him. So I can see where his resentments came from. I guess I would be a little upset if the rolls were reversed. Who am I kidding? I would be livid. But he's been the most supportive person in my life right now and I am glad that I made the decision to go through with it with him by my side. I honestly don't think I would've made it without him and my family stepping up to support me. This beginning of my journey would've been a big challenge if I didn't have support. I just want to say thank you to everyone who gave me awesome advice and encouragement. I truly appreciate it! I hope all is well with everyone else well. 6. I am excited, not too nervous. I am a bit worried if I will be able to wear my bra post surgery. I never let the girls be free in public and I don't know if I am ready to start now. I guess my nerves won't kick in until tomorrow. However I am ready and I am so over this liquid diet lol. I am ready for my life to begin. I still haven't packed my overnight bag because I am a procrastinator plus I don't think I will be taking a lot of things. I am just ready for tomorrow to be here lol. Who else is with me?

This might be a fun little 5 minute test for y'all.

Very interesting indeed. MBTI Results: ESTP - The Doers ESTP (Extraverted Sensing Thinking Perceiving) As an ESTP, your primary mode of living is focused externally, where you take things in via your five senses. Your secondary mode is internal, where you deal with things rationally and logically. ESTPs are outgoing, straight-shooting types. Enthusiastic and excitable, ESTPs are "doers" who live in the world of action. Blunt, straight-forward risk-takers, they are willing to plunge right into things and get their hands dirty. They live in the here-and-now, and place little importance on introspection or theory. They look at the facts of a situation, quickly decide what should be done, execute the action, and move on to the next thing. ESTPs have an uncanny ability to perceive people's attitudes and motivations. They pick up on little cues which go completely unnoticed by most other types, such as facial expressions and stance. They're typically a couple of steps ahead of the person they're interacting with. ESTPs have a strong flair for drama and style. They're fast-moving, fast-talking people who have an appreciation for the finer things in life. They may be gamblers or spendthrifts. They're usually very good at story telling and improvising. They typically makes things up as they go along, rather than following a plan. They love to have fun, and are fun people to be around. ESTP Strengths Bold – People with the ESTP personality type are full of life and energy. There is no greater joy for ESTPs than pushing boundaries and discovering and using new things and ideas. Rational and Practical – ESTPs love knowledge and philosophy, but not for their own sake. What's fun for ESTP personalities is finding ideas that are actionable and drilling into the details so they can put them to use. If a discussion is completely arbitrary, there are better uses for ESTP's time. Original – Combining their boldness and practicality, ESTPs love to experiment with new ideas and solutions. They put things together in ways no one else would think to. Perceptive – ESTP notice when things change – and when they need to change! Small shifts in habits and appearances stick out to ESTPs, and they use these observations to help create connections with others. Direct – ESTPs prefer to communicate clearly, with direct and factual questions and answers. Things are what they are. Sociable – All these qualities pulled together make ESTPs natural group leaders. This isn't something that they actively seek – people with this personality type just have a knack for making excellent use of social interactions and networking opportunities. ESTP Weaknesses Insensitive – Feelings and emotions come second to facts and "reality" for ESTPs. Emotionally charged situations are awkward, uncomfortable affairs, and the ESTP's blunt honesty doesn't help here. This personality type often has a lot of trouble acknowledging and expressing their own feelings as well. Impatient – ESTPs move at their own pace to keep themselves excited. Slowing down because someone else "doesn't get it" or having to stay focused on a single detail for too long is extremely challenging for ESTPs. Risk-prone – This impatience can lead ESTPs to push into uncharted territory without thinking of the long-term consequences. ESTP personalities sometimes intentionally combat boredom with extra risk. Unstructured – ESTPs see an opportunity – e.g. to fix a problem, to advance, to have fun – and seize the moment, often ignoring rules and social expectations in the process. This may get things done, but it can create unexpected social fallout. May Miss the Bigger Picture – Living in the moment can cause ESTPs to miss the forest for the trees. People with this personality type love to solve problems here and now, perhaps too much. All parts of a project can be perfect, but the project will still fail if those parts do not fit together. Defiant – ESTPs won't be boxed in. Repetition, hardline rules, sitting quietly while they are lectured at – this isn't how ESTPs live their lives. They are action-oriented and hands-on. Environments like school and many types of entry-level work can be so tedious that they're intolerable, requiring extraordinary effort from ESTPs to stay focused long enough to get to freer positions. Famous ESTP's Alexander the Great Winston Churchill Ernest Hemingway Angelina Jolie Jack Nicholson Madonna Theodore Roosevelt John F. Kennedy Harry Houdini Taylor Swift Career Choices Facilitator Sales Representatives Marketing Personnel Police / Detective Work Paramedic / Emergency Medical Technician PC Technicians or Network Cablers Computer Technical Support Entrepreneurs Athlete ESTP In Summary ... Flexible and tolerant, they take a pragmatic approach focused on immediate results. Theories and conceptual explanations bore them – they want to act energetically to solve the problem. Focus on the here-and-now, spontaneous, enjoy each moment that can be spent with others. Enjoy material comforts and style. Learn best through doing. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
