  18. I don't think you need to tell them that you have had surgery. If you are worried about what reaction you might receive, you may just tell them that you have lost a large amount of weight a heads up on what to expect. Some may have a problem, others will not.
  19. Soak the chicken for an hour in salty water and it will draw in moisture that will stay after cooking.
  20. I don't know if it is the same feeling, but sometimes throughout the day I will get a feeling like my stomach flips. No idea. Maybe spasms?
  21. Don't worry about averages. Everyone is different. For me, and a lot of people on here, it has been lose and hold, lose and hold.

  24. I wouldn't make an assumption that a doctor is less experienced bc of a pre-op diet. For many it would be the policy of the practice or hospital. And wanting every advantage possible is not a negative. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
