One month anniversary!

I can't believe a month has gone by already!! Seems like just yesterday i was walking terrified into that OR!

On a sad note, my weight loss seems to have halted. Is this normal ?

What is the average weight loss for being a month out? I know everyone is different but i'm so worried!

Don't worry about averages. Everyone is different. For me, and a lot of people on here, it has been lose and hold, lose and hold.

Thanks for the encouragement, @@sc101071! I am just so terrified that i am going to walk into my next follow-up with my surgeon on the 19th and have him tell me i haven't lost anything. All this hard work and sacrifice for nothing.
