Full liquid suggestions?

Please I am so sick of Protein shakes and broth and am still unsure of what would be good to eat during my full liquid stage. I am not getting nearly enough protein daily and I'm struggling. Please help me out!

In addition to protein shakes, I also had during the full liquid phase:

Greek yogurt

ProtiDiet creamy chicken and tomato basil soups

ProtiDiet liquid beverage concentrates

V8

decaf or herbal tea

ProtiDiet hot chocolate

There are other options for protein. Get some of the flavorless powder like Genepro and mix it with other liquid stuff you're eating, like yogurt or even Crystal Light. It works well and gives you a nice change from those shakes. I agree, after four weeks of almost nothing but shakes, I was ready to be done with them.

Strained Campbell's 98% Fat Free Creamed Soups are on my plan beginning at full liquids. The cream of chicken has been a daily thing for me since then (Day 10). Now that I have cottage cheese, green Beans, string cheese, and scrambled eggs, and with salmon on deck beginning next Sunday, I am about to phase it out since it eats up half of my 20 carbs per day. (But I was so thankful when I got to add it in a couple of weeks ago!)

I have to call my Nutritionist tomorrow about what's allowed. I only have 2 more days but the thoughts of protein shakes make me want to cry. I haven't been able to drink broth either (mentally not physically).

Amy's low fat tomato Soup and Campbell's cream of chicken got me through.

So I was where you are now... I was sleeved on 10/6. I ditched all the Protein that everyone suggest prior to. I went and got the pre-made premiere shakes which were a lot more palatable and easier to get down. And one 11oz shake has 30g of protein! But you can now make low fat yogurt smoothies... you can do cream soups strained ... it's going to get better I promise. Cottage cheese... I swear I can say I was you. It will get better. Hang in there!
