I bought my first swim suit in I don't know how long. My kids love going swimming so now I will be able to go!! I waited around in the fitting rooms until someone else came in to ask how I looked. After loosing 100 pounds when I try things on sometimes I see the old me and not the new me, so it is hard to tell, I really wish my mind would finally see the new me.

Thanks guys! I am scheduled for a Tummy Tuck in August. No removal as of yet.

At the swimming beach today with the kids. My last years suit is too big on top. It's a halter so I made it work.

how are things for you thus far?!

I tried the berry flavor for the first time yesterday and I really like it. It's been really hot here so this was refreshing and it wasn't too sweet.

I tried the lemon...Nasty nasty stuff IMO

I read on here that someone added a packet of crystal light lemonade to hers and it greatly improved the flavor! I'm going to try it!

I liked the lemon one as is, but I liked it even a little sweeter with Crystal Light.

We had surgery the same day, and I've lost about 11 pounds from my surgery day weight. I'm going to try to abide by my guidelines, but if I feel uncomfortable I'll be back there with you. I've been drinking these Protein shakes to get them down, but I'm so sick of them. The compression band is an excellent idea. Where did you get yours?

@@Thecloude1 yes it is nasty. I'm gonna see if Walmart will give me my money back because I don't even want to try and make it palatable.

I didn't poop for 9 days post op. When I finally did, the sky shined a little brighter, the birds sung a little louder, the wind blew a little sweeter...

Colace was my friend.

Now, Probiotics are my friend. They help with the I.MUST.POOP.RIGHT.NOW.OR.I'M.GOING.TO.POOP.RIGHT.NOW.

I mixed ground Flax seed with my Protein drinks and Soups.... it helps...

You really shouldn't compare your weight loss rate with others. Your body will go at the rate that is best for you, others will definitely be very different - all over the place really.
But just for informational discussion, I lost around 8 lbs. a week for the first month or two, then it dropped quickly to around 2-3 lbs. a week for the rest of the time. But there were many, many weeks of stalls - as in nada, zip, zero pounds - in there too.
You sound like you're doing fantastic - losing 3.3 lbs a week is a great rate!

LisaMerg, you are correct. As a matter of fact, my surgeon tells you that unless it is a life-threatening emergency (chest pain, SOB, etc), then he wants you driving back to the ER in the hospital where he did your surgery.
