I'm with you Slim. I'm very excited about fill #2 hoping it will slow me down some. Every once in a while I will feel a little sliming and I have to sit up straight but that's it. Plus I am trying much harder to pay attention to feeling full. I have got to get with the "program"!!! Amen, gf, amen. I have been drinking a lot of juice at my parents' and haven't weighed up here so I'm sure it's gonna be ugly once I weigh Monday morning!!!

CC - that's great!!! Right in under the gun; whew! I hate that she has that much pain but glad the insurance let her stay over. I was very glad to have that night in the hospital. Tell her we said to get well soon!!!

We always took PB crackers + granola bars. Not sure how band-diet approved that is but my suggestion. Also what about some snack bag sizes of nuts? That's what I have off of the top of my head. Have fun! (Where are you going?)

Reminds me of the situation my mother was in. Her MIL always wanted a girl but had 2 boys. Then she gave birth to "the girl" (me). She never did really give my brother that much attention. I think that he was too young (7) when she died to remember much; at least I hope so.

I know, right?!? I even installed it on my bberry! If I could manage who others' befriend on FB, then I'd be ok. There are just certain folks that I don't want access to my personal info. Paranoid, I know but with my very own SnT haters fan club of 3, I'm just not willing to risk my place of employment, etc, being publicly known. I hate that b/c there's a group of folks I would definitely like to "befriend" on there!!!

My parents retired to Nashville though we've lived all over TN. Where are you again? When I left Atl yesterday, it was 50 and it was 38 when I arrived. Brr! I am loving the sunshine today; we have had such dreary days for what seems like weeks! Have you ever tried Zicam? I think it works wonderfully!
