  2. @@jdg I use genepro and add to my food. 30g a scoop and it doesn't change the consistency or taste. I tried isopure plain and it was horrible. I'm in the process of trying to get away from shakes and get my protein from food. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  3. @@suzzzzz I puréed ground chicken and it was delicious. It didn't look or smell good but I mixed it in my ricotta bake to add Protein and it was great. I mixed the meat with other food to add favor and protein. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  4. @"mallnut" thanks for your insight. I usually measure and weight my food;use small plates, and baby utensils. So when I see people say two bites and I'm full I'm getting scared. I'm averaging 2-4 depending on the foods. Softer foods can be more than chunkier. Everything I eat is Protein base. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    September Sleevers!

@@Heather I I too worry if the weight is going to come off. I'm only down seems like 1dress size. I stopped walking due to pain in my incision. Energy is crappy by the end of the day I'm poop and just need a nap. I get to start regular foods in a week but thinking about reverting back to liquids just to see the scale move. You seem to have your schedule down and it's working- congratulations . Keep up and hopefully we will see the results. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    September Sleevers!

@@mkrumph do your research and find foods high in calories but healthy. Eat every 2hrs it's hard, start alarms to remember. This past week I've been able to consume 1000 cal I'm amazed myself. I'm going to start back working out now that I know it can be done. Prior My weight stalled and I think it was due to only 400cal a day. I'm hoping this increase in cal jump start my loss. Help! Avocado!

My NuT warned me to stay away from avocado so early on the fat content can be to much for stomach. Wait awhile and try later Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  14. @@M579 ok so my md said it is normal. What happen is the cut is going against the grain and in a moresensitive area surrounding a lot of nerves and They had to staple/suture that one particular incision. It normally takes 6wks to fully heal. Some people have minimal pain and others like myself have more. Nothing I did made it worst. She told me activities as tolerate and to take Tylenol 4x to build up in my system to help with pain. But it just a matter of time. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  15. @@M579 I will let you with the md says. My husband is pushing for me to stay home. I applied for short term disability yesterday, but I'm so ready to get back to living a normal life. I was thinking of holding off on the walking. I do 2miles every other day, even though I walk slow maybe it's to much. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
