Help! Avocado!

Two weeks post op and just had mashed avocado with a little mayo in it and I feel a little sick, my stomach hurts is it too much fat for week two?

  • Remember mayo is fat & Avacado is fat. Your two causes for dumping is fat and sugar. So I wouldn't put them together. Try mashing avocado and blending it down smooth like a pudding. Leave out mayo

  • I'm not sure how early you can introduce avocado, but I would think mixing it with mayo would be a bit much at 2 weeks. I hope the Icky feeling passes for you quickly! Sent from my iPhone using

My NuT warned me to stay away from avocado so early on the fat content can be to much for stomach. Wait awhile and try later

I still am amazed at the differences in all the eating plans. Mine has avocado on the list for stage 3, and others are told its a no no food. So interesting.
