  2. Hello everyone So I'm 14 months out from my sleeve and I have had a stable weight for months now and my partner wants us to try for a baby. I also want a baby but I'm so scared of gaining weight. Like I mean is bad how scared I'm to gain weight its literally all I think about. I just don't never want to see myself at the weight I was before.
  3. I now feel cold all the times. So I have to carry a sweater. Also my hip bone is def more noticeable my boyfriend touched me and said omg I can feel your bones lmao
  4. im almost 3 months and I can eat like 2ounces and sometimes less. If its soup like 3oz depends on the texture of the food
  5. I started noticing mines after I lost like 20lbs or so now that I have lost 50 you can def see them and is very noticeable especialy when I look at my pictures
  6. Ive gotten the foamies a few times and is not because I over eat but because I tend to eat too fast and slowly trying to learn not to lol

  10. Why is it such a struggle to get motivated and go to the gym? Im 2month post op down from 234 to 187 last time I weighed in, I started going to the gym and I was doing good than I took a week break since my brother was visiting and now Is becoming harder to motivate myself to go. What motivated you to go to the gym? or what at home workouts are good? I feel that maybe a workout buddy would help. any advice would be appreciated.
  11. Lol don't feel bad Im 2 months out and still struggle with eating slow.
  12. 8 weeks and down 37lbs since surgery. plus 10 I lost on the 2 week liquid diet before surgery. all together 47lbs
  13. you look awesome!!! happy healing after surgery.
  14. I weigh myself once per week. I was weighing myself daily and then I hit a stall and it got me down to not see the scale move. So I started working out and started weighing myself 1x per week. This works better for me because it doesn't let me get discouraged. Stalls can be hard on us especially when we get used to seeing the scale go down. I try my hardest to do good and I know I will see some type of weight loss at the end of the week.
  15. Thank You so much. I might try the Atkins frozen meals if I can find them near the food stores I go.
  16. I hit the 2 month post op yesterday the 28th. Now I've noticed I'm struggling deciding what to eat. I got cleared for all foods now but I don't know how to eat meaning what to actually eat. I know I'm allowed everything now but my doc says to avoid breads and Pasta etc. for at least 6 months. I actually just want an idea of what others eat. Like what does a normal day of meals look like including the Water and Protein. I started the gym a week ago and I'm trying to go at least 4xs a week since I noticed my weight loss has decreased to like 1 pound a week sometimes nothing. I did go from 234lbs to now 190. I think I just might have hit a stall and I'm just embracing it like I have read in other posts lol.
