This is no joke. The nausea was so bad now is a bit calm. The pain of gas in my stomach is so annoying. I get full fast so Is hard for me to zip Water the whole day through. Yes mines is tomorrow and they just called me saying to not put any lotion or oils and no jewerly.

So my surgery is this tuesday and Im super duper excited, scared,anxious and so much more. I really hope and pray all goes well and that is quick. My mom will be going with me and she has been a huge support. Today Im washing clothes and getting everything ready. Hopefully tomorrow the day goes by quick. My surgeon is the same way. he is a great doc recommended to me by 3 other friends who got their sleeve with him but he is straight to the point. They do ask me is there any concerns or questions and gave me packets but I wish he would just sit and explain everything in detail but then again Im guessing if you want this surgery they think you have already researched it which luckily I have. Years of research and a lot of help from this site has given me all the info I need. good luck

Well I took Dulcolax like 3 days ago and I have surgery on Tuesday. My constipation was real bad so I had no option, try and talk to your surgeon because the more constipated you get the worst.

im on my 9th day in this 2 week liquid diet and let me tell you it has been hell. Its so hard. no food at all, Ive slipped up a few times nothing bad but a piece of cookie here and a piece of chicken there but now Im doing good. Just try your best and keep yourself busy that's what has helped me stick to it so far. You can do it the days go by far. I add ice to my shakes helps me a bit more. and get the sugar free Jello those have really helped me. Good luck

not sure if its any help but you can do decaf coffee. sometimes I add a bit of regular black coffee unsweetened to myshake

mines is on the same date as yours. and I'm so excited but nervous lol. truthfully I just want this liquid diet to be over and to get my surgery. Good luck on your journey hun

You are not the only one. My surgery is in 12 days and I sometimes feel like that. Or I start to think maybe am not as big as I think etc.. But you know what Ive been dieting my whole life and I think is time for something permanent So don't back out just think of all the benefits

Im on day 4 now and I feel so guilty cuse Ive picked on certain food when cooking for my 3 year old. but Im now doing much better and im hoping to not do that anymore

Im on the 14 day liquid diet also only on day 4 and is so hard. ive nicked picked and I felt so guilty but now Im doing well. I cant wait till is over

I really wished I had a choice on what shake I wanted to use. this sucks My shake is horrible also. I'm using Bariatric Advantage. I was using Pure Protein to replace one meal before my liquid diet started and it wasn't bad at all. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
