let the wait begin my paper work was submitted yesterday. fingers crossed it go's by fast.

I have the same insurance, but in NJ. My paperwork was submitted on Wednesday and I got a call back from doctor early Monday morning. Approval could have come in anytime Friday or after, since they were not in the office. Hope you get yours back just as fast!

Mine was submitted on a Friday and within a week I think it was the following Wednesday they had the approval on mine I have BCBS of Michigan.

I hope so, I called today and they said they needed my paperwork to be submitted on paper and not electronically... And that was an hour after they received it. I'm really hoping they make a decision fast.[emoji1317][emoji1317][emoji1317]

So exciting! I have the same insurance so I hope it happens that fast for me too. All I have left to do is my EGD scheduled for this Friday.

I think it was just my way of protecting myself so if I did get denied I wouldn't be so upset

I started with a BMI of 40 I'm 5'9.

Now it's 35.

So was I! I was sure they would find some reason to say no. Even tho I met all the requirement. My BMI was 40 with no comorbiditys.

At all of my weigh in's with my dr. I lost. However when I met my surgeon I had gained a pound from my last weigh in with my Doctor! I was sure that was the nail in my coffin! But luck was on my side and I was approve last Thursday. I'm waiting in the surgeons Cordinator to get back with me now! She taking forever and never calls me back...[emoji52]
