  2. I haven't been on this app since I had my surgery June 2016. I'm coming back almost a year later begging for someone to talk to and know they are going through my same experiences ... I've lost 80 pounds since surgery but found myself at a stall. I'm not loosing and I feel like I'm failing miserably with my new stomach. I sill get full very quickly but i get hungry more often. I've caught myself falling into my old eating patterns and even drinking . In need help and advice , please .
  3. I went out with my husband last night with the mindset of not drinking . Then before I know it I realized I had 4 glasses of wine . I'm almost 3 months post op .. I'm so mad at myself! I feel like I didn't care enough about my surgery and let the crowd get to me . It was almost like I left my brand new life style behind and started falling into my old habits. I feel ok besides the hangover but I'm scared I have jeopardized my weight loss. What is everyone's experience with alcohol after surgery ? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  15. Hi, I was in the same boat as you a couple of months ago ... My insurance through my provider specifically stated that any type of weight loss surgery or consultation is not covered... I even went to HR and asked why?! They said because of the cost .... I sat on my decisions for months. I even applied through a company called prosper for a loan to get the surgery and they wanted to charge me an interest of 30%... Anyways don't give up! A couple of months later I applied with a credit union and got approved at a much lower rate.. I went to Mexico for my surgery and it was the best decision I have ever made . I'm only two weeks out but my experience with Mexico was wonderful! Good luck and don't give up xox Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  24. She said because of the ingredients which shocked me because like I said every form and person I have followed as swore by premier. And it's honestly the only thing I could actually drink . They sent me the vitaleph brand which taste horribleeeeee. My hubby was thinking maybe the clinic and vitaleph have some sort of deal and that's why the clinic prompts them ?
