I have the kids utensils but I stopped using it but I will start right now that is close to my diner. And I have the popsicles just never thought about it. I will try that tonight for sure and see if

One thing Im struggling 6 weeks post op is eating slow. I eat my portions but have to remind myself to take time. I notice Im eating too fast because I get 1 hiccup also happens when am almost full. This is a struggle. And does anyone get a bit hungry at night? This has been happening to me lately.
