  6. Its actually what you eat. Salad is lighter more of a liquid, and when chewed it becomes very small. If you tried to eat something dense like meat- 5oz you would be able to. It changes by what you eat. Ive noticed some things i can eat 4 oz others i can eat 2 and feel full. Dont worry you havent streched your tummy yet!
  7. I was told by my surgeon to incorporate strength training now. This is the time to stall, and building muscles will kick the stall out. Good luck!
  8. Ive been taking flinestones, i tried the centrum chewables and couldnt stand the taste. Flinestones have been much more palatable.
  9. I eat oikos triple zero, my Nut recommended not exceeding 5 grams .. but yogurt always has more, so its understandable.
  10. I have noticed a drop in how much i pee also. I believe its natural. My whole group said the same. So i hope its normal since so many are having same thing going on. Our urine is light yellow/clear so im sure things are fine.
  11. Thank you. I ended up going with dr T and everything went amazingly Dr Papasavas did mine with Hartford hospital and his team was awesome. I had no complaints Sent from my Z981 using the BariatricPal App
  12. I just lost my Grandmother, and I'm feeling really lost. I want to focus on life, and continue on. I also need to say my goodbyes. I am finding it hard to focus on my health. I need to continue to work out, get protein in, and fluids. I know that i need to continue to focus on even just getting my protein from shakes, until i feel better. I'm just having issues processing, and I'm worried about overeating. I never overate before, or stress ate. But i'm in a fragile place in my process, being 9 weeks out. I would love any advise, or anything you all can give me towards this confusion im having.
  13. My highest weight was 309. Surgery day i was 267. Im about 9 weeks post op and have lost 80lbs total.
  14. That is a great point. Sorry my phone is acting up. I would do it on the run, but they have a high sugar content cause of the fruit and would go to waste :/. Unless you have ideas about that

  19. Hello everyone, So being a newbie still only 7-8 weeks out. Im trying to find ideas of portable Protein "meals" to bring. I still only eat 1/4cup ... about 2 oz per meal. I was trying to find easy things that go down, to bring with me on the run. Any ideas greatly appreciated

  23. How soon after surgery did you notice mood swings and have issues with your mood. I'm down 70lbs and only 5 weeks post op. But I've been very sad and having mood swings lately and I know that estrogen is stored in fat and that's the cause. But it has affected my relationship :/.
  24. I don't think you can drink too much. I personally only get a max of 60 Oz a day. Hunger takes time to come. I was told some people can take a whole y3ar. The drain sucks I've been told. It will come out soon though :]
