  1. So i have tried these drinks called Isopure. They go down so much easier, they dont have a chalky texture, they go down like Water but do have an after taste. But i find them 1000 times easier than Protien shakes. They are 40 grams or protein per 20 oz bottle!!!
  2. Thats a great question. I suppose when it moves more down than usually. Im not sure though. wish i could help more
  3. That's amazing! Congrats on your surgery, and good luck with your success!!!
  4. I thought your suppose to avoid carbs, they enlarge your liver
  5. Honestly, I would not discuss the surgery at this time, because it may put her in that mind set i can always have surgery later in life. I would definitely get her involved in activity like working out and even just going for nightly jogs with mom. I would also help her with food choices now. She notices your weight loss with changes and having her do the same will only be beneficial. I wish you luck in anything you decide to do with her. But definitely get her to change her life style. It will only be better for her in the long run!
  6. You just seriously made my day!!! I love this!!!
  7. im having surgery the same day, and i have thought about it too. I think loose skin is kind of inevitable because of how fast the weight comes off. But genetics def play a huge factor. I also know that everyone has some form of hair loss, its natural and biotin may help. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR SURGERY!!!!
  8. even in my teens i was a size 13!
  9. So i go to my local GNC and they have a return policy, you can try a protein supplement and if you dont like it you can return for full refund. That is what i have been doing myself

  16. Well i will be having my surgery next week at the age of 27!
  17. From what i've read and been told. You should monitor yourself for the next few days, if you start to get ill or anything you could have gotten some food stuck in the stitches, but just call the dr. office and let them know. im sure they will say it will be fine but if you feel off to just be seen.
  18. so i need to make sure im taking very small bites at all times? Im worried cause i still take big bites

  25. Thank you! I definatley will keep you updated. I was wondering have you purchased "special" plates/bowls/utensils? I was advised to do so by some people but i really dont want to use baby rubber spoons LOL
