Zsazsaamor got a reaction from colleen 5595 in Anyone heard of or suffer from intense anxiety or depression since they were sleeved?
Ive suffered from anxiety and depression which is crazy because i havent felt this good in years!!!! I signed myself up for mental health and they said it is very common after weightloss surgery as well as divorce/breakups and alcoholism. advice/ heard of/ going thru ANYBODY?

First of all, I am so sorry for your loss. I express my condolences.
Perhaps weight loss shouldn't be your focus right now. Before you embark on an attempt to lose this latest weight regain, maybe some some counseling sessions would be useful?
Without professional help, you can certainly lose the weight you've regained, but nothing will stop you from returning to the comfort of food when the next situational crisis happens, predisposing you to a yo-yo cycle of weight loss and regain.
Again, I am so very sorry for the loss of your son. I'll keep you in my thoughts.

1 year ago today I started my journey to live a healthier life. I can't believe what people see that I haven't in this past year. It hasn't been easy but its truly worth it. My kids and I dance and play together like I'm 3 or 13, my husband and I are closer than ever. I know longer need his word/view for me to feel beautiful, I feel beautiful all the time. I'm not comfortable at this weight I kinda like being heavier. But I love how I feel my energy, my health, I honestly feel great! But wtvr have a great day Sleevers!

Happy Suriversary! You are doing an amazing job.....I wish I could see your most recent picture better because it's a little dark. We have made transformations and sometimes it hard changing from what we are use to. I'm approaching my 2nd year in October...I still have a ways to go until I get to my goal weight, but I have no regrets. Love the new you! You are so worth it girl! Congratulations again

1. I packed toiletries a change of clothes flip flops and comfortable socks and most importantly*I believe* my teddy Bear❤ he helped a lot with the healing and pressure way better than a pillow. 2. I didn't know how hormonal I would be or that I would be able to feel my whole digestive process lol oh and Hair loss I didn't know about that either

You have to be careful with this surgery because not everything involved in the workup is covered by insurance. Many of my blood tests were not covered, despite the fact that the surgery is. It's good to check with the bariatric center and find out every test they expect of you (get the codes for each procedure and test if you can), then run those by your insurance company to find out what is and what isn't paid for by them.
