  1. They didn't mention the 6 months to me either. But I had to do them. Still doing them I just started month 4. It's so worth it though because I am losing while on it. 20.5 lbs down. Less weight to lose after surgery! It goes by quickly...amazingly.
  2. it was an accident hun...:smile2: don't beat yourself up so much.
  3. I say get implants!!! You're sexy and it will only make you feel even better!!
  4. I posted another post on this link Why isn't DS more popular?
  5. It's not normal. Productive burping is normal once in awhile it lets you know you ate too fast too much etc. But being sick constantly is a sign of problems. You'll be fine themis
  6. yesterday - 2 brisk miles and arm weights today 1 brisk mile 1 slower mile and stretching
  7. Lol I went back and read what else people added...lol they say that RNY'ers have more trouble and Lapbanders...how would they know. They only know from PEOPLE who HAVVEEE had problems. Soooo many people on here who have lapband have NO problems but of course their surgery is the best right...I've seen people on this site lose more weight faster than them who shit it out constantly. At least we work for our weightloss instead of sitting on our asses and eating junk food and shitting.

  16. I started at needing to lose 249... I started at 419 pounds and I am on a 6 month diet for insurance. I just finished month 3 and at that weigh in (July 21st) I was down to 398.5. My goal is 170 lbs and now I need to lose 228.5. Though I would like to get down to 150. We will see what happens. I'm supposed to get banded in November. __________________
  17. I don't have over 300 to lose but I started at needing to lose 249... I started at 419 pounds and I am on a 6 month diet for insurance. I just finished month 3 and at that weigh in (July 21st) I was down to 398.5. My goal is 170 lbs at the end and now I need to lose 228.5. Though I would like to get down to 150. We will see what happens. I'm supposed to get banded in November.

  21. I love walmarts brand of crystal light in APPLE tastes like apple juice....MMMMMMMMM
  22. Steve, I can't believe some people think your story is fake. What heartless people. I am a female who started at 419 lbs. One of the higher up people yes. I am on a 6 month diet for insurance though and in the first 3 months which ended monday I lost 20.5 lbs. 3 more months to go until Pre op then surgery! I don't know what it's like to be 500 lbs but I know at 419 it was hard and at 398.5 now it's hard. Being this large it's hard to do anything. NO clothes fit, seatbelts don't fit, walking is a chore, always hot and out of breath. It's frustrating. I do wish you lots of luck in your journey. I hope you do very well!!!
  23. I have diverticulosis, they said surgery would be fine. I should be having surgery in November. I was never once told by my surgeons office that I couldn't have surgery because of it. I am in West Virginia.
  24. Did anyone elses bowels hate them BEFORE surgery? (Kinda long)
  25. The quote from one of those threads on there that gets me is "I'd be sleeping away and my wife would be dying. I'd wake up to a fume of farts and perfume as she tried to overpower my smell." Ewww. LOL Today I also saw a thread about DSers exchanging clothes...I thought...'I wonder how stained or how smelly these clothes are' LOL
