Carbination is a huge no no after surgery. Once you have a new small pouch it can cause lots of discomfort, pain, possible stretching of the pouch and cause you to be more likely to get ulcers in your pouch...and for your pouch to erode...NOT the band the band is on the outside...Those who say they still drink pop I hope you quit you may cause problems down the road with your bands.

and I want to be a NewVember if no one else can think of anything? DO you all like NewVembers? I forget who thought of it.

I found out today for sure that I will have my surgery in November. Just don't know what day. lol

Thing is Alex, the other WLS people are posting everywhere. In the help parts for Lapband and everything. They don't stay in their forums lol. But no biggie I just ignore them.

either way that's still cool!! Yeah I was told November but it's no surefire 100% that it is November. But they say most likely it is. I start month 5 of my diet on wednesday and in October I'll be doing preop testing like the EGD etc.
