I'm learning from some of my exercise videos that if you stand up and do knee lifts and a slight crunch of your belly with that it reallyyyyyy works your abs...that's how leslie sansone got hers. It burns too...feels good. I plan on exercising in the next couple of hours...gotta get it in this afternoon then shower and get ready for my sleep study. :|

Thanks. I rarely wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. I am a sound sleeper too. I hope it goes well and I don't have apnea or have to do another study. I am not fond of hospitals...especially staying the night at one. Plus...having the bandages whatever it is on all night I have a feeling my whole body is going to be covered in red spots. My skin does not like adhesive materials...I always get rashes. How lovely would that be.:rolleyes2:

did 2 mile brisk walk with arm exercises the whole time with 2 lb weights. 45 minutes total. coughed and wheezed the whole time. fun fun lol

I don't give a ding dong if they see my bush if I am too lazy to shave before surgery. My health is what's important. I've had surgery before though...yes you're naked...no biggie. I hate being naked in front of people not even during sex!!! But this is your life and health and you'll be under anyway and most likely in too much pain after to even think if you were naked or not or care.

I would have thought about it before the night before weigh in...but yeah...I'm not the type of person to lie and be deceiving to get a higher bmi.

I just buried my special 3-legged hamster Hobble. Even made a cross out of old wood latus. I plan on painting it sometime.

I finish my 6 month program October 3. Paperwork gets sent to insurance october 6th. It goes by soooo quickly. Just yesterday it was may!
