The high today here in WV is supposed to be 63...I am freaking cold lol. Fall is finally here I'd say. 90s last week to 60s and 70s this week. One night it's supposed to get down to 31 degrees...that's winter weather not fall!! As for deep fried candy bars I don't think they look too yummy lol

Lol Kyla yeah I was laughing so hard when I read that story. I got the mail today and had another bill but this was from radiology place in parkersburg lol it is a bill for 2 dollars and 18 cents. When I had my sleep study for sleep apnea I was told I had more episodes on my side because my arms shoved my breasts into my airway. LOL. My boobs aren't even that big. 44 D but either way they made me have 12 episodes on my side and I had 7 on my back. Not severe but still lol. I can't wait until I can finally find bras...it's hard enough for me to find bras I can't even imagine the people in the E's, F's G's etc. Plus plus size bras are so damn expensive.

So Friday the 3rd of October is finally my last day of my 6 month supervised diet. I am so exicited. I will be weighed and then on Monday the 6th all of my paperwork will be faxed into the insurance and then I wait for approval. I was told approval would most likely take a week, then I can make my appts for the preop diet, surgeon. At the surgeon appt I get the EGD appt and surgery appt. So sometime in the next few weeks I'll have an official date for my banding and will be starting preop! I have lost 26.5 lbs so far...hope to have lost more on Friday. On my 2 week preop diet I will be having a protein shake for breakfast and lunch and lean meat and veggies for dinner. I have to lose at least 5 lbs on it. Don't think it should be too much of a problem. The estimated date is November 3rd or November 10th. We will see though! I know it's November! The time has been flying by and now that it's almost here everything seems to be going so slow. I am ready to be a bandster!!! Froggi is ready for Bandland!:thumbdown:

So I decided to call the billing center at CCMH. They told me even if I hadn't called that they couldn't stop me from having surgery. But I told them my mom would call friday and let them know how to do the payments etc. The lady said she was just going to put down in my account that we were going to pay 10-50 dollars at the end of october and continue to make payments each month. She said that way they wouldn't send it to collection. Nice lady. :thumbdown:

Oh at the sternwheel festival here several weeks ago they had deep fried oreos, and other candy bars like snickers and such...it sounded so gross i dare not try...plus imagine how fattening. Ugh lol

Oh Kyla I have a question. I got a letter in the mail yesterday from Camden clark for a bill for my ekg and chest xrays. It says my account is delinquent. Does this need to be paid before they wil let me do my surgery? or does it matter..my mom said it didn't matter and that she would call friday to tell them she will pay it after we pay for surgery...since she's been saving up money from each of her paychecks to add to the 1700 I have to pay at EGD time.

I hope fills aren't too much. I get my surgery in November should have one fill in December while I still have insurance but as of December 31st Froggi has no more insurance. I dunno how I am going to be able to goto the docs and get my inhalers and all my other medicine refilled. :thumbdown: Let alone get fills. Oy oy oy lol

My insurance required a 6 month diet too. I goto the nutritionist 2 times a month for 6 months. My last appt is Friday then I send my paperwork in. The 6 months has gone by very quickly. I have lost 26.5 lbs on it. I didn't have to lose but I did. I am on a diet of between 1200-1600 calories a day and I need to exercise at least 30 minutes a day 5 days a week. No caffiene/carbination. On my preop when I start it I will have to lose at least 5 lbs.

I started out with a bmi of 61.9. My doctor never once told me I needed to go the bypass route. I am down to a BMI of 58 now and I am getting banded in November. Don't give up...high BMIers get the band all the time.

Thanks. It seems the closer it gets the longer the time seems to trail on and on. My surgery is supposed to be the first or second monday of November. We will see how things go. I wish things would speed up again like they were in the beginning!:cool2:

I wish I had an official date...I will soon enough but dang I hate having to say either November 3rd or 10th LOL
