So. Yesterday I posted a suggestion to alex about making a forum specifically for the ladies, since the guys have one. One where we can talk about bras hitting incisions, bras, our breasts, and our anatomy, makeup, shopping, SHOES, all the girly stuff. He said we can try it out but need a name. Okay so the question is.... What would be a good name and description for it?! So I thought I would post this so all the ladies can respond and and we can vote on a name and description. What do all ya'll ladies think?! Come on girls! Lets get some ideas!
  11. You Go Girl I Would Have Smacked A Hoe Lol
  12. Not just problems, talk about tampons, make-up, breasts exams, etc. lots of different female stuff that guys can't stand LOL
  13. I love you guys! Sooooooooooo damn inspiring.
  14. My doc says that I SHOULD eat sugarfree items. I have no problem with them making me hungry either. I've never heard of such a thing to be truthful. I guess if they told you to aviod sugarfree and stuff with sugar buy things with low amounts?
  15. Lol wow, exploding stomachs. Is she all there...up there? Lol either way I got a laugh out of that.
  16. You guyssssssss I wish you so much luck. I know it can be hard not to want to eat things we might not ever be able to have again. I already kicked all those things out of my diet, I had to for my 6 month insurance diet. Anyway I just drink lots and lots and lots of Water and try to keep myself busy. If I want something that I shouldnt have I have a small amount and save the rest for another time. It also helps to write everything you put in your mouth and swallow down! It lets you know what all good and bad you are putting in your tummy. I know it's hard to do, but we have to have some willpower people. Stand up for your health. I know you want to be happy and healthy. Try with all your might, you don't want to end up having too fatty of a liver. That would be horrible! I wish you all luck...as I say it's easier said than done, but if my 410.5 lb self who was addicted to eating bags and bags of chips and chocolate can do it so can you!!! GOOOOOOOOOD LUCK. <3
  17. I chose a goal that would put me at an almost healthy BMI. I want my BMI to be 25. 25 is considered overweight but heh 24.9 is healthy for me but whatever. I am 5'9. I think I would be perfectly fine at 170.
  18. Thanks! I sure hope it goes by that quickly lol.
  19. Congrats! I wish you so much luck. See I just started my 6 month diet in may and I am on my 2nd month, when I am all finished I should be having surgery in November! Lol. I'm excited the 6 months seems to be going by quickly. I wish you lots of luck.
  20. I'm 22 almost 23 female in WV. Haven't been banded yet but I am supposed to be in November. w00t.
  21. LOL, that right there made me giggle.
  22. LOTS AND LOTS OF LIQUIDS. Slowly though.
  23. For the legs, I would do walking and move them around as much as possible. That will increase the circulation in them, reducing the possibility of clots. As for dieting, I would say try to cut down sugar, and carbs. Try to lessen the amount of calories you eat each day by a little and gradually keep doing that weekly. Stay more active and don't eat a lot of high fat, sugary foods. Good luck.
  24. Welcome to LBT. I hope your pre op diet and surgery go well.
