It is pretty likely that your surgery will be cancelled since they test you for pregnancy right before the surgery because you will just not be getting enough nourishment to provide for yourself and child. Congratulations on the baby!

My coordinator is like that too. I can only get a word with her through email and sometimes she doesn't even answer me. It's super annoying but I just try to tell myself I'm not the only one she's dealing with /:

Since you've all submitted your things in I have a question. Did you guys have to do a chest X-ray? I know all insurances are different but it seems like most people have to do one and it wasn't in my check list. I'm hoping my coordinator didn't miss that or something.

They said it could take 2 weeks. Thursday will be 2 weeks. Put in another call today. We will see if they call. Ugh.Keep me posted on your situation. Maybe we can keep each other positive. Good luck to you!!

I too am in the wait for approval mode. The office manager in my doctor's office said that fast notice of approval is unusual and that a quick notification is generally a denial. I've decided to root for a longer wait so I can get an approval! No guarantees from the office manager but a new way to look at the process.

I'm still waiting it will be 2 weeks tomorrow but I will keep all of you in my prayers I'm staying positive

I finally got an answer back on whether or not my coordinator got my packet to submit to insurance. It's funny how 5 words can make your day. Now I just have to wait for her to submit it lol. Even more wait ☹️

I know the waiting is killing me but the little things make me happy because I know once she sees it it'll on be a matter of time before she submits it. I assume not too long because they want to make that 30 grand lol. I hope yours gets back to you too because the wait is so anxiety inducing, thinking about if something is going wrong! I sent my coordinator all my test results and weigh ins so she will probably be submitting to the insurance Monday or Tuesday. I'm so anxious! I hope I get a quick approval. I'd like to get the surgery mid July.

Congratulations!

Your definitely way to low for any American doctor to operate on you. And I feel like a decent doctor in Mexico wouldn't operate either. I'd be wary of one who would to be honest.
