What kind of fruits can we eat?

My team's rules were no tropical fruits no matter how small the amount (pineapple, mango, banana, papaya). Other fruits were okay as long as you were both hitting your protein target for the day (75 grams minimum) and not exceeding your carb limit for the day (50 grams minimum). In weight loss mode, I tend to stick to berries, apples, and peaches.
