    December Sleevers

    I had my sleeve Dec 28 I am roughly 3 weeks out and I have lost 30 pounds . I I exercise daily since a week after I did light things like walk my second week walk for about 45 min to an hour on the treadmill and now I am going to start lifting light weights but I feel amazing I still can't take the protein shake any suggestions about what I can do to tolerate it any better .I am on a protein drink it's really good zero sugar and calories are 120 for the full bottle and it's not isopure .

I had my surgery December 28 so I am roughly 3 weeks out as well I have lost a total of 30 pounds I tried to eat Popsicles I stay hydrated by taking water with me but it's really hard to keep myself hydrated I was having problems with being dizzy.The protein shakes did not go well for me at all I have to have cold water it really helps me G2 Gatorade helps me and they have a protein drink and its not isopure I don't have a name but I post a picture shortly hope I was able to help you????
  3. Hi,I am only 3weeks out and you can do it when I get the urge to want to eat food I normally get a sugar-free popsicle or I drink water or I try to chew gum to take my mind off of the food and to get the taste out of my mouth not sure if this help

  6. I have had a had time drink water protein shakes.I take 2 sips and I am full. My weight day of surgery 300 I am now 274 anyone know of other food I can eat to get protein or sip other that the shakes.????????
  7. I am 25 pounds down 2week follow up was today I have a hard time with the protein and water any help
