I JUST got insurance approval! !!

Fatassedness is truly a keeper!!
There isn't a need to compare to others. I get motivated by reading how well others did. Also, knowing stalls happen has been important so I joined a kick boxing gym ahead of time.
No one in our classes talked numbers so it is a big mysterious area.

I told a select group. I finally told my mom after really worrying about telling her, asked her to not tell everyone and she told everyone so I don't give her any updates and she hasn't mentioned it so maybe she forgot. I am guessing when I fly to see her in 4 months that I will have lost some weight and maybe she will notice.
I am finding that I just want to be alone this last week. I have huddled happily up in my room with all my liquids. I don't want to share or talk about it with anyone and I am sure they will be just fine!
I don't know how I will discuss this with people after. I will figure it out when it happens! I am excited and I am ready!!

I am on day 5 of all liquids to shrink the liver. Today is easily the hardest. I want real food and I don't mean salads! I had lost every morning when I weighed in and this morning gained 2.9 lbs. Makes no sense that I gained. Oh well, right? ?
My husband has been very supportive. He told me today he was afraid he wasn't going to say the right thing in the next couple of weeks. I am being more clear on the verbal support I will need!

12/28 in Colorado! Premier Protein are also my favorite shakes. I put pumpkin pie spice in them or sugar free Torani salted caramel.

6 months due to my insurance requiring 6 months of classes. Sooooo glad I had to wait. The program my surgeon has is amazing.

I will be going through this after my Monday surgery. We discussed this topic in our surgeons classes. I got a therapist to help sort this out.
I want to be slim. I will need to lose more than I had originally thought about. I am going for a 6. I have never bought a 6 as an adult. I remember being an 8 and a 10 but that was in 1985.
If attention from others is making you uncomfortable then can you take the time to look into that? I won't be wearing tight clothes. It will be very strange to get attention after being "invisible" all the time I have been overweight.
Also, can you post this same topic in other forums and Google this as well to get more information?

I see an estitician for my skin. She is licensed and also a registered nurse with 25 years in the plastic surgeon field. There are many options available thst are less expensive than Rodan and Fields.
I am excited to see what she can do if I have the sagging skin!

Tried it and liked it. I tried cinnamon as someone else suggested and did not like that as well.

InnerSurferGirl-you are brave! I cannot imagine getting in a pool. I do promise to think about it after my surgery and contemplate maybe after 4 months. ...maybe. Boy, talk about a comfort zone issue for me! You rock!!
