  15. I'm 14 days out and day 10 was my tipping point. I'm still on all Clear liquids, so I'm a bit hungry (or I think I am). But feeling pretty good. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  16. I'm 14 days out and only having Protein shakes, broth and no calorie drinks (I won't be cleared for soft foods puddig, cottage cheese, refried Beans until another week). Please review the plan your surgeon sent you. Make sure you're getting all your Water, that could be a cause of your hunger. Also stomach acid could mimic hunger. I am on Prilosac to combat that. Did you get anything for the stomach acid as well? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  22. I'm so happy to see this post. I'm feeling the same way after being sleeved on 9/7. Fortunately, I can still have Protein shakes but the rest is liquid until 9/28. I'm really getting tired of store bought broth, I'm definitely going to try the homemade this week. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  23. Hi all Sleeved on 9/7 and am feeling pretty good physically. I am on a three week post-op liquid diet (shakes, broth, and sugar free liquids). I did fine with the liquid diet the first week, but I'm finding now that I'm STARVING. I'm getting close to 64oz of Water and probably 50-60grams of Protein in my two shakes. I don't know if it's normal to feel hunger this early? I'm honestly, a little nervous that I'm hungry. Thoughts appreciated.
  24. I'm 9 days post-op and I can relate. I've been sleeping in our recliner and taking melatonin. I think I'm close to being able to sleep on my stomach. I'm sorry, I really do understand. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
