I just use Centrums - or the generic equivalent

Hi Amy, I met with my surgeon for the first time this week too!

we were told not to use gummies for some reason.

I was told to get the flintstone chewable Vitamins. So that is what I have been using.

Just ordered some for myself, wendy918. Thanks for the recommendation. :-)

I was told the same thing. I went to Wally World and bought them. I think it was $5.00 for 60?

I use this program. They send me all of my Vitamins, automatically, every month. They contacted my insurance and negotiated a $25 monthly fee. It is awesome! They automatically deduct the payment from my checking account and the shipment arrives like clockwork. For the first 6 months I got dissolveable pills, now I get the swallowable pills. All are formulated for Bariatric patients. I highly reccomend

I wish my insurance covered the vitamins!

They might, I didn't think mine would but the company called and negotiated with them on my behalf.
