  1. I'd say yes but I am sure your surgeon would say otherwise
  2. That is rough lol. Start off right
  3. Trust me there are people on here that know what you are going through. Me included. Hang in there. It gets better
  4. I posted it on my Facebook and basically said after serious consideration and speaking with several people in the medical field, I've decided to have a gastric bypass. I really think it made things easier because I didn't have to explain why I was dropping so much weight. No one said anything negative and to be honest, I wouldn't care if they did. It's my decision and not theirs. Maybe guys look at it different, I don't know.
  5. I was planning on excercise and sex to be my transfer addictions but neither really worked out for me Now that's an addiction right there. But I say no to excersice lol
  6. @@Sophie74656 I may have to try those too.
  7. I can't wait to get some different flavors. Good to mix them up in guess. It was like eating a real candy bar after the cardboard I've been eating
  8. @@blondedreamer84 it just gives people encouragement to dig in and work
  9. Hang in there. It gets better
  10. It will ask them and see what they say. I would hope that they all say the same thing or at least similar. I've heard it a few times that net carbs is the number you go by but you are the first to say otherwise.
  11. This quest bar just saved my life. Omg why haven't I have one before now? Going back today and getting more. Net carbs is what we look at right?
  12. @@marcy0912 Keep it up man, looking good. @@Babbs I think we retain more Water than yall lol
  13. I want to know also. I know ibuprofen is a no no. I've taking Tylenol a couple of times

Yeah it didn't take long. I'm on another site too and they are so serious that it's hard to post. I like having fun on my social media lol. So if I get on your nerves I apologize in advance
  16. It will be here before you know it. Make changes now and it will be easier going forward. Congrats on stopping smoking, thats a big step.
  17. You look awesome. Just keep it up and you will get there. I switched up some of what I was eating to break my stall. I went right at a month before I started losing again
  18. Sending them up. Hang in there, you will be up and going before you know it
  19. @@rking is right. Get past the liquid diet and it will be easier after that
  20. I think everybody's different and that's probably going to be up to your body. The thing that I noticed was I didn't hurt from the surgery but because of my diet change my energy levels were really low so you may feel up to it but until you get back on solid foods you may not be able to go through with it.
  21. I hate hearing all of these "waiting on approval" threads. With my insurance if I was a certain bmi I was approved. Well after the psych eval. I hope you get good news
  22. Everyone looks so good. Here's my 100 pounds lost before and after
  23. Short answer is yes.
