  • that's right!! I did this for a better living and to be healthy I actually lost 3 pounds since surgery which it's crazy

yea I'm just trying to be strong and not think about food, hopefully depression goes away

3 pounds in three days despite the swelling and IV fluids is great!!

Just follow the doc's orders and you'll be fine...

And come in here and vent when you need to..

My sleeve was 11/17. We are not going anywhere. Having a little thanksgiving at home. Nothing wrong with that.

Ughh I sucked on some olives because I wanted something salty and obviously spit it out ugh I can't wait till the dec 8th

well I'm not going to my moms I can't handle seeing people eat and I'm sipping protein shake

You got this. I have been feeling the same way. It is so hard not to think about food l,but you can do this.
