Feeling great. I was very fortunate that I sailed through surgery very quickly. Zero pain. Now, I honestly feel totally normal except I eat less. I still do 2 Protein shakes a day to make sure I am getting all that in. A typical day is shake for Breakfast. Greek yogurt for snack. lunch is chicken salad or leftovers from the night before. I like the Oscar Meyer P3 Snacks and some protein for dinner. Still at 3 oz a meal and between 700 and 800 calories. I'm back at the gym. Still tire easily, but that gets better each day.
