  1. Yep. had surgery almost 4 weeks ago. Had bypass to correct a huge hiatel hernia. Lost about 20 lbs. I am struggling with having to grind up all my meds, Also supposed to be taking my buproprion but I'm not. Real sick of living on cottage cheese, milk, soups. Fell off wagon today. Went to Panera bread for mac and cheese. Had 1/2 for lunch. Also alot of trouble moving bowels. Taking miralax and colace. I too would love to be able to chug a gallon of ice water. Not seeing Dr. till end of month. Feel I have no support or backup; like I'm going thru this all alone. Wish I could find a local support group. Feeling very depressed.
