SADLY. from 241 to 243. Why why. I'm only 2 weeks and 2 days post op how can I be gaining.

Wow that's great everyone. I'm only 13 days out I'm 240 now last time I've been 240 I must have been 24. I was 170 when ibwas maybe 15 I am tall 5'11 always been so my hight hides my weight but I can't wait to hit my goal 170 180. And most of all improve my diabetes.

I am 2 weeks out. Seems like I am able to eat/drink a lot more than most.

lunch and dinner- 4 oz Soup or refried Beans or 2-4 tbsp. cottage cheese
2 snacks:greek yogurt, pudding, avocado slice
I am trying to eat 6 times a day so I will usually have another snack or half a shake before bed.

Hi ya'll I'm with you on everything said sleeved 10/9. I have my doctors appt today and I'm running everything by him. Being foreign I have a total different diet like I can't do canned food. So today I pulled out my vitamix and I'm making real veggies Soups just making sure it's blended to Water consistency. Also I did real broth from meat and I tried Miso Soups. I do kefir instead of yogurts due to sugar. Please continue share your food items to help us through.
I wanted to ask tho anyone else having a feeling in their sleeve after sipping premier shake. Like I have no feeling now but as i take a sip I feel a gas pain coming up littery a pain. I hope it normal since it's so early.

My first week was Clear Liquids so I used Premier Protein (my surgeon allowed this as an exception to the clear rule), and ProtiDiet liquid beverage concentrate. My second week was full liquids (which also included Greek yogurt and cottage cheese). I also used ProtiDiet creamy chicken and Tomato basil Soup.< /p>

I think i got it. This morning was 252.

I open the capsules and put it in a a bite of applesauce to help it go down.
