I am 2 weeks out. Seems like I am able to eat/drink a lot more than most.

breakfast- premier or powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury shake

lunch and dinner- 4 oz soup or refried Beans or 2-4 tbsp. cottage cheese

2 snacks:greek yogurt, pudding, avocado slice

I am trying to eat 6 times a day so I will usually have another snack or half a shake before bed.

6 days out for breakfast 8 ounce orange protein drink

Sip, sip, sip water for snacks and lunch then 6-8 ounce protein shake.

I am trying so hard to get my water in but am not doing great

I'm 16 days out and breakfast 2oz soft scrambled egg, snack 2oz Greek yoghurt, lunch light tuna salad 2oz, afternoon snack, 2oz pudding with protein added, dinner 2oz broiled fish if I stay up late I may have a cheese stick. I can't stomach protein shakes since the surgery- I'm ok with Genpro as it doesn't smell as much to me. I can only do 2oz at a time.
