  14. Hi ya'll I'm with you on everything said sleeved 10/9. I have my doctors appt today and I'm running everything by him. Being foreign I have a total different diet like I can't do canned food. So today I pulled out my vitamix and I'm making real veggies Soups just making sure it's blended to Water consistency. Also I did real broth from meat and I tried Miso soups. I do kefir instead of yogurts due to sugar. Please continue share your food items to help us through. I wanted to ask tho anyone else having a feeling in their sleeve after sipping premier shake. Like I have no feeling now but as i take a sip I feel a gas pain coming up littery a pain. I hope it normal since it's so early.
  15. Thank you all. However my surgeons suggestions are if it matches the consistency than u can go with it. Cream of wheat is way tom heavy and has zero nutrition. I am against caned food so fresh Miso Soup is full of protein and it's like water. And being I'm trying to get out of diabetes having a drinkable yogurt loaded with sugar is not a good idea when cultured milk is a natural praboitic with protein same consistency as yogurt even thiner. I would say look further for much better items and ask your doc those are just few suggestions they put on paper.
  16. Hi ya'll, So I am day 5 post op and in find it hard to do what the doctor suggested so I am playing around around it. He said cream of soup now that's too heavy So today I tried Miso Soup with no sea weed and few tofu great success. He said cream of wheat that was hard to digest so I tried laughing cow melted triangle cheese. The best breakfast yet. Shakes are coming along okey but not too well so i tried cultured milk AKA kefir. So far I have tried those and all have much protein. Please share your items perhaps I can find comfort in them. TIA
  17. Today is day 5. And I feel it's much better
  18. Hi ya'll when is it OK to go back to sexual activities. Any expected pain or positions to avoid?
  19. I don't know this feels really weird it's like as soon as the liguid goes down I feel pain or discomfort like the gas goes back up and I than burp but I'm afraid that there is something wrong with a sleeve I mean i used the top surgeon for this but I don't usually have lucks with surgery so I hole I'm paranoid and noting more since it's only day 4.
  20. hi I really don't have any advice on dos and don't I would recomend to just make sure u do liquids 7 days before that's what I did.. when u go in the op room just keep your head high and trust your surgeon. Recommend making him laugh a bit ask how his day was did he have a good meal lol etc. To loosen him up. After with not being able to do any liguid at all use a sponge swab or q tip to moisten the dry mouth. Brush your teeth gargle with water u may feel neousous so ask for meds as soon as u feel it. See if you can bring a hug me pillow my nurse made one for me it's some sort of pillow that u can press your tummy against when getting up always remember to breath. When home just play it by the hour how u feel sip after sip. I'm day 4 today and barely drank my shake I feel it's coming back up and gas feeling comes back can't wait ti speak to my doctor today. Good luck xoxo
