He said cream of soup now that's too heavy So today I tried Miso Soup with no sea weed and few tofu great success. He said cream of wheat that was hard to digest so I tried laughing cow melted triangle cheese. The best breakfast yet. Shakes are coming along okey but not too well so i tried cultured milk AKA kefir. So far I have tried those and all have much protein. Please share your items perhaps I can find comfort in them. TIA
