Here is me day before surgery vs 7 months post op

Ladies I absolutely recommend getting a Shapewear, I found this one that truly makes my figure much better and let me tell you it helps with my friends (my boobs) don't know you guys but mine are getting very saggy and needed some kind of support, well this made the trick I loved it got it at TJMaxx for only $19 dollars. I sure don't look like her, but maybe one day ????????????

Hi there my friends! Just checking in! Today is my 3 month Surgiversay.
I am down 41lbs.
This past month I lost 5lbs.
Not what I hoped for but I will take it!
I am upping my calories to see if it helps.
I hope everyone is doing great!

I am so glad I'm not the only one with this issue. I'm in between sizes to and I'm more comfortable in baggy than sausage casing. Lol

Exactly 6 weeks post-op and down my first 50lbs today! WOOOHOOO I'm 1/3 of the way to my goal.
I don't notice a huge difference in how I look yet, (but man do I notice a HUGE difference in how I feel and my energy level already).

I'm still pre-op and I've only been married one year but my husband is excited I'm getting wls he's super supportive and very affectionate and loving

I went clothes shopping today and for the first time I enjoyed it!! Got myself some large size blouses, before were 2xl and I just didn't like seeing myself in the dressing room in those big mirrors.

Just wanted to update on my mom. Her surgery went well. It was a long long day. She will hopefully come home on Saturday. Thanks for all the good vibes and well wishes.

I'll admit I danced naked this morning! Yea that's a sight you didn't want to see lol. But I'm officially down 50# from my highest weight. I don't calculate from surgery as most people do. I'm going from my highest weight the week of my pre-op diet. I have a long way to go but I feel good and I'm happy with how things are going. Everyone tries to compare losses, I look at it this way. My body is going to do its thing in its own time. I have no set date to meet my goal weight as I didn't gain areal this weight over night and it's certainly not going to come off over night. Slow and steady wins the race!

And you say I doesn't matter!!!!lol and soon I can post when you can walk into Old Navy or banana Republic and actually walk out with with something you can wear!!!!!! Can't wait

Congratulations on the 50 pounds gone. You are looking great, a big difference can be seen. Keep going strong and you will get to your goal.
I also use my highest weight as my starting weight and I am still waiting for surgery. Hopefully in Jan as paperwork was submitted to the insurance last week.

Let me be the first to say....it's time to be selfish! This about you and your life changing experience. You do not need to tell work why you are getting surgery, atleast specifically what kind. That's why there is hipa. Good luck with your surgery.

I use my measurements to tell where I'm losing. I try to measure every 3 weeks, sometimes it's weekly. You'd be very surprised how many inches you lose and don't realize it.

I definitely need new ones. My girls fall out every time I bend forward, well unless I'm wearing a sports bra over it. I hate the thought of spending money on bras!

I can't believe I'm 6 weeks post-op. I have mostly felt good. Had a couple weeks with some real fatigue and a 3 week stall with no loss. Things are moving along again and I'm feeling pretty great and I made it to onederland - barely - but it counts. 199.7. I'll take it! 30lbs gone. I am so happy I did this. And I can have faith that I'll survive future stalls. It helped to stay off the scale for a couple weeks. Aren't we lucky we have this chance?!

My hubby has never been one to give compliments, ever. Never tells me I look nice, I'm pretty, etc. So it has been no surprise really that nothing has changed. LOL. I get numerous compliments from people who say, boy, I bet your hubby tells you all the time how good you look or I bet your hubby is getting jealous of all this attention. Nope. But, we started dating 30 years ago when I was 16 and a size 4. He's seen me in all my changes. I guess since he's stuck by me, even at my heaviest, it's love.
