Hey all. Just checking in. I finally hit onederland on Tuesday. I am 4 mos post op. I am a slow loser but atleast I'm losing. I have a tendency to lose a few pounds then stall a few days and lose again. It's been my cycle since the beginning. I had my 4 mos check with the NUT and she is happy with what I'm doing and all my levels were good, she says my weight loss is right where it should be. Guess I have nothing to complain about. I see the Dr on the 14th and I'm hoping to be down another 5 by that time. Keep your fingers crossed for me please.

You slip on your winter coat from last year and you can lap it over in front! Yay!!

How is this for a before and after 4 months post surgery! Bahahahahaha! The struggle is real… ..

I went back to work today after 2 week vacation and it went well.
Last two weeks I haven't tracked my food intake in my fitness pal and today I went and logged the info and let me tell you how important it is to log!! I went and logged everything after lunch today and I already had 798 calories which I thought I had consumed a lot less calories. I was very surprised????????.
I could easily see how much in trouble I could get if I don't track my food in the fitness pal app. I had a light dinner in order to stay in my calorie range.

Omg I'm so damn excited...not only did I reach onederland I'm 198!!!! I had to tell you!

Anything you put your all into is possible. I was sleeved at 342 lbs exactly a year and a week ago. My Dr's goal for 18-months out was 197. I'm currently 191. Getting sleeved was the best thing I ever did!!

I'm 3.5 months out and have been experiencing the same thing over the last few weeks with many social engagements. I agree we can never be perfect and would not be here if we did not have issues with food. But I also am recommitting tomorrow. I know I need to focus on Protein and exercise. Those are my goals for the week! Good luck to you.

( very big deal when you were a 5-6X)

I started this journey at 227 pounds. Today I weigh 160. That's a total weight loss of 67 pounds. WooHoo!

Thanks. She ended up being fine. Only some anxiety, but better safe than sorry. She misses being home with her hubby and my niece. We are hoping that on 1/14/146 she is released for travel and she can go home. Thanks for the good juju.

Happy new year to you as well. You look amazing! We stayed in since we still have my mom. I'm sitting in the ER with her now as she's having some chest pains for 3 days now. I am at 201 today as I gained a pound overnight lol. But this week the scale will hopefully move into onederland. Have a great day!
