  1. Still here, just haven't been "feeling it" lately. Still working out lifting weights, but took a week off from running. Back at it yesterday. Ran 2 miles yesterday and 3 today.
  2. Felt like 2 miles this morning and only ran 2 miles. Tonight is shoulders and traps.
  3. Chest last night. Felt like only running 2 miles this morning. Decided to run 3 and ended up running 3.6 miles
  4. Ran only 2 miles this morning followed by 15 min. on elliptical. Been sleeping like crap, so a little tired. Last night was HEAVY leg workout. Tonight will be chest.
  5. Damn gym was only open from 0600-1200 yesterday. As I had to work from 0700-1500, that just didn't work. Ran 3.6 miles this morning. Tonight will be legs.
  6. Busy weekend, so nothing doing on the workout front. This morning I was back at running. 3 miles followed by 15 minutes on the elliptical. Tonight will be legs.
  7. Don't know if it the allegies, not enough sleep or just overworked, but I had NO energy last night. Completely wiped out. Barely had enough to get DD to her open house for school. So, no workout last night. My carpool ride overslept today and I didn't get a chance to run this morning, DANGIT!!!!!:blushing: I'll try to hit the gym for lifting tonight.
  8. Yesterday, no cardio but hit the legs HARD! Squats, leg press, straight leg deadlifts, leg curls, standing and sitting calf raises. I won't put the weights down 'cuz that would just intimidate all of ya. This morning, ran 4 miles on tired legs. Go figure. Tonight will be back and biceps.
  9. C'mon! You people know I'm easily confused. I can only handle one thread at a time.
  10. People, where are ya? Yesterday, no cardio but hit the legs HARD! Squats, leg press, straight leg deadlifts, leg curls, standing and sitting calf raises. I won't put the weights down 'cuz that would just intimidate all of ya. This morning, ran 4 miles on tired legs. Go figure. Tonight will be back and biceps. Let's get going people, we're wasting the month away.
  11. Even if it is on the elliptical, I don't feel "right". Btw-Slacker.
  12. I'm just the opposite on the food issue. Once I eat, I cannot do cardio. I have to do cardio before any food is consumed or I just don't feel like I can breath.
  13. Last day of August. WTF!!!! Where did the summer go? Oh well, at least it's almost time to watch my 'Boys stomp through the NFC East. Ran 6 miles this morning. Started out looking to do only about 4, but just kept going when I hit the 2 mile mark going out. Figured I'd see if I could do the 6 mile route after only being back at running for a couple weeks. Tired, but felt good at the end. We'll see how it goes the rest of the day. Tonight will be chest again.
  14. Note to self, when your groin and hamstring muscles are still tight from doing legs, do not try to go heavy on dead lifts. Tends to strain those muscles. Anyway, did shoulders last night. Ran 3.6 miles again this morning. This afternoon will be tri's and forearms.
  15. Great job Ebony!!!!!:w00t:
