    Also whag i have read is juicing with the sleeve isnt a good idea bc our tummies are too small? What abiut smoothies. W a vita max? I plan on doing this once a day het extra nutrients??

    Thnaks every one i have flip flopped for 3 whoe minths now i do track every bite with my fitness pal i meal,prep and my numbers average 72 fat 800-1000 calories under 20 carbs and protien 65-100 i cut some sodium out to see if this helps i drink a minium of 50 oz of Water more on exersice days which averages 5 days a week i never cheat .. And iam not just saying iam too scared to cheat and add in carbs i dont need... I started seeing a nut bc i couldnt loose and wanted to see if be had Any ideas or tips .... He didnt lol ... Thats why i guess he said iam done i stay at 266-263 litterly i gain one week and the very next week same plan ill loose it throid is fine ... Makes zerooo since what so ever and iam not losing incha either which is weird w exercise i know this sounds impossible ---- thats why iam posting ive googled till i cant any more and do not see any thing like it for people who didnt do bypass so people like me ended up doing bypass to lose the rest which i refuse it has to xome off... People do it every day wo wls

    100 pounds in 10 months is really good. Your body might need to catch up. How long have you been at 265?
    You said you Keto, what do you eat? How many calories a day? If you have really adopted a healthy WOE like keto, the weight will keeping coming off.
    Why did your nutritionist say it is impossible to lose more? Find a different nutritionist, or don't use one at all.

    It sounds like you are doing great.
    Stalls are a normal, natural, and necessary part of the process of losing weight.
    Just focus on following your program and getting in all of your Protein and fluids.
    Your post is a little unclear. What is impossible? That you have lost 100 pounds in 10 months? That you are stalled?

    I've lost just about 200 lbs. For me the keys were weighing/measuring all my food and logging it in myfitnesspal to make sure I stayed in a calorie deficit. I also exercised regularly but did not eat back calories burned.
    You can absolutely lose 200 lbs. I won't tell you it is easy, but you can do it.

    Try upping your Water to 80 to 100 ozs, even on days you dont workout. Your body will retain what it needs and anything over that will wash out toxins and help with weightloss.

    Your calories, Fluid and Protein all seem way too low.
    Try to consistently get AT LEAST 64 oz of Fluid (more is better), and closer to 100 grams of Protein (rather than 65). You could even probably have more carbs if they are complex and not starches.

    Hungar. Ive lost about the same as u and we seem to follow sameish plan. Dates are same also. Ive been asking and asking this ? Ive got every answerr from Water intake to no sugar/carbs to increase anti acid pills. The real sucky answeer is for us its hungar. Everyone is different. Even if noone i
    Else is t hungary and no its not head hunger and yes it hurta like hell. I have to eat every hr or two but its protienn like a bar or seeds or Jerky not junk- thats the hard part

    Haha purred bigmacs!!! - well i think my main concern is not that i will not put the effort in. And do right its when i will put my effort in and see zero result and just maintaining! ..I see so many people say that they do everything correctly and. It woukdnd be physically possible for them to losse the rest with diet and exercise they have to get the bypass
    Bc the sleever is too small and you can only hold so much therefore, your ody after one or two years is comfortable and just maintains- i hope iam explaining my self correclty sorry if its confusing

    Yep. I have exceeded it by 32 lbs so far and am still losing. I'm riding it all the way. The best advice I can give you is give it your all during the first 2 years, especially the first year and try to lose as much weight as possible during that time. I see posts by some people here about how they think they are losing too fast during their first year and then they try to actually slow their weight loss down. Those comments freak me out because these people have no clue about the honeymoon phase and how that weight loss will eventually stop altogether.

    I am 2 months out and have lost down to what the drs one year goal for me....I am at what the dr said the sleeve alone would do. I started dieting and working out the day that I started seeing the dr... I still workout and am eating the way I am supposed to. I hope to far surpass the 60% goal and dr said it was possible with me working at it.

    Me too, Steph Anne. I plan to be far above the "average" for a sleeve. I didn't come this far to turn back now!

    I do get REALLY hungry and the hunger pains are worse than before surgery. I'm taking Prilosec, I'm constantly drinking, so it's not acid or thirst. I keep super low calorie Snacks around for when the hunger strikes in between meals. Pepper slices, sugar free Popsicles, cucumber.. Something just to make the hunger diminish but still healthy so I don't fall in to old habits.

    I know how you feel the hunger is back big time. And no its not thirst or reflux and yes I have all my Protein. The battle is real and I feel your pain! I hope someone has some better advice than the stock replies

    I'm banking over being able to lose for a long, long time.
    My sleeve restriction is present and doesn't seem to be going anywhere.
    I see no reason why losing weight isn't something that can be done easier than before.....for life.
    The key with it....as with most any worthwhile goal in life....is to wrap your mind around it and go for it.

    The short answer is "yes." But I will warn you, the averages are all based on the average person.
    That means that there are some who ignore the doctors warning and think they can eat pureed Big Macs and be OK, and that is wrong. The sleeve is a tool, not a magic wand.
    If you are willing to pay the price, track your food and utilize this tool, you can own this. But if you think I don't have to think about it, no you won't. It's really that simple.

    I lost ALL 150 lbs of my excess weight in 9 months. I walk at least 15,000 steps a day, weight train 4 days a week and carb/calorie cycle where I go high carb, high Protein, and low fat and the days I don't train, I go low carb, moderate fat, and high Protein. Yes, it's possible to lose all the weight. For the first 3 months, I averaged 600 calories a day with as much of it coming from protein as possible. For the next 3 months, I averaged 900 calories a day, still getting as much from protein as possible. From months 6 to 9, I stopped counting calories but probably averaged 1,800 calories a day. I still lost ~30 lbs and gained a lot of muscle doing this. This is also when I calorie and carb cycled. I eat significantly more calories on days I workout. I don't recommend this for everyone, but post workout simple sugars are my friends - chocolate milk is my go to post workout nutrition.

    There are people that never get out of the 200s with bypass. Or regain. It isn't about the tool it is about the person. If you don't commit to life changes you will either regain or never get to goal.

    I lost 20 first week sleeved 10 nov then stalled out umtill this past monday and dropped 3 lbs now i gained one back ill check monday again iam trying to weigh only once a week-sooooo hard . Iam also on all foods now and eat most things thats what i need to work on

    My stomach must be a touch cookie bc ineat the 100 calories packs every day for my snack bc itsyummy high protien and low carb helps w my protiens now i can only eat half of a bag and wait later for the rest
    I usually eat it over a cuple hrs and iam good
