  1. yeah gnc membership is only 15 bucks for the whole year and they give you amazing discounts on stuff. ive already saved like 300 bucks in protein powders with them

  4. so as some of you know i had an out patient surgery yesterday on my ear well any time i get general anesthesia i get nausious and puke for days well i told the dr this and she gave me a patch to put behind my ear for three days after surgery during prep and oh my god its been amazing no sick feeling no throwing up nothing deffinatly ask for this (ps sorry for the bad spelling)
  5. im gonna chime in as someone who hasnt had surgery yet but i have a major sweets and carb addiction if i eat these things its a viscius cycle i just want to eat more and more. so i just stick to my chicken and talapia and my steamed brocoli for dinner and protein shakes for lunch and eggs for breakfast
  6. yeah i got the shipment of the GNC multivitamins you have to take 4 at a time they taste horrible and they are big pills so i am going back to the other multivitamin i got from wallgreans
  7. i get a runny nose if i drink to fast and i get the hiccups if i eat to much they suck so bad
  8. @@mixxchic26 i am just starting this journey as well i have my second of 6 nutritonal classes today and i feel great i know i have lost weight because the unddies i bought at torrid are falling off my butt lol have you contacted your insurance to see if they cover this procedure i did that first and got all the benifits in writing so i know my plan

  10. i told one of our couple friends that i was getting the surgery and he was like i dont think you need it your not that big and i was like dude i have a bmi of 51 for a 24 year old woman and he was like wow yeah go do you and be healthy. my mother in law is a rockstar totally supportive the only question that caught me off guard was how much will you be able to eat and i was like 1/4 of a cup and she was like oh my god how is that possible lol. shes 75 and a doctor so she gets my weight is an issue
  11. From what I understand medical state plans in CA are thru blue Cross blue shield and they cover the surgery
  12. I've had two surgerys that were both out patient on my ears and they asked me to bring mine just in case there were complications and I had to stay overnight
  13. I brought my husband to my first appointment and he knows the diet I'm on and keeps me accountable

  17. Everything went great got a patch behind my ear to prevent nausea and vomiting
  18. Right now I'm pre-op but I like the gnc 100% whey I love the strawberry and cookies and cream
  19. My last nut appointment is Feb 9 so I might be end of Feb early march for my surgery I'm so looking forward to this
  20. Dub we both go into surgery tomorrow mine is not wls its an ear thing but I wanted to say best wishes and speddy recovery I love your posts
