I feel so guilty and crazy. .. I ate nuts mostly peanuts ... 9 days out... it went down ok now 3 days latter everything feels ok... should I worry about it..? Don't know why i did such a crazy thing... won't do it again. .. but did I damage my pouch?

I had my sleeve surgery tuesday. .. I'm in pain... anybody can tell me about how much longer will this pain last?

No fever no infection... going to get some good vitamin c in the morning hope it will help

I'm having surgery on Tuesday and got a bad cold yesterday. ... I'm sneezing all day, have a runny nose and bad headaches. .. will the dr do surgery like this or will he change my date? I don't want it pushed off...

I'm taking crystal and my surgery is Nov 24 next week..... I don't smoke. ..

My surgeon says that it's safe to take birth control pills before surgery, he claim he has some new study that show that it's not harmful, but his office does have a protocol to stop the pills.... so I'm not sure what to do about it.... I prefer taking it... but I'm scared. .. of its Really safe... ? Anybody has any experience taking it.... please comment
