I feel so guilty and crazy. .. I ate nuts mostly peanuts ... 9 days out... it went down ok now 3 days latter everything feels ok... should I worry about it..? Don't know why i did such a crazy thing... won't do it again. .. but did I damage my pouch?

I had my sleeve surgery tuesday. .. I'm in pain... anybody can tell me about how much longer will this pain last?

No fever no infection... going to get some good vitamin c in the morning hope it will help

I'm having surgery on Tuesday and got a bad cold yesterday. ... I'm sneezing all day, have a runny nose and bad headaches. .. will the dr do surgery like this or will he change my date? I don't want it pushed off...

I'm taking crystal and my surgery is Nov 24 next week..... I don't smoke. ..

My surgeon says that it's safe to take birth control pills before surgery, he claim he has some new study that show that it's not harmful, but his office does have a protocol to stop the pills.... so I'm not sure what to do about it.... I prefer taking it... but I'm scared. .. of its Really safe... ? Anybody has any experience taking it.... please comment

I know you can't sit in a bath after surgery, just a shower, but for how long?

My husband was sleeved October 13 and I'm being sleeved November 17 that's 5 weeks apart. I have a 4 1/2 yr old son, so we weren't able to do it together since one of us have to be there for him and to run the house, I'm very scared about the sleeve since I'm a very hard and picky eater I don't like a lot of foods ( especially Yogert ) so I'm hoping it won't be to hard for me... My husband is doing great, he lost about 55 lb since pre op. I know that woman don't loss as fast as men do... but I'm trying to stay positive and hoping for the best!????

I'm a very picky eater... I don't like all foods.... and the foods I do eat are not the most healthy ones... I'm afraid I'll have a hard time eating the foods I'm allowed to eat and I'll miss the foods I used to love. .. how do I say good bye to my food? Anybody feels this way? And advice? (And yogerts are not my Freind) Scard

Having this surgery is a benefit to one's health. .. so you can have a healthy life after... and that's what the Torah wants you to do... this is absolutely not against the Torah! !
