My husband and i are both getting the sleeve. Surgery booked for 5th December. We had to start our preop diet early because we will be on a cruise (it was booked way before we decided to get the sleeve ). Come back from the cruise and 3 days later will be having the surgery. Aim is to try and loose as much as possible before hand and be sensible on our holiday. The shakes diet is tough though not sure how you all managed it

We are doing it through our super because i dont have private cover and hubby's one only partially covers him. Our surgery is on 5th December this year

My husband has an 11 year old daughter but she is only with us part time and she is very mature for her age so we didnt have to worry about kids otherwise i can imagine it wouldn't be wise to do it at the same time with young kids involved

Hi all, my husband and i are both having the sleeve done. Same day, same surgeon! We just started the pre-op diet today. Anyone else have the blessing of not going through this alone? Or do you think going through this together might be more difficult because we will both be in pain? Any advice would be wonderful.
