Definitely not, but I have done research on my own and the sleeve is nowhere as effective as the bypass, I will put it like this, why try the sleeve only to possible have to go back and redo the surgery? GI with the real deal from the get go! I did and I am extremely happy!!

I'm just so nervous about the hole 10 day liquid diet, I think it was more of a head game then its actually turning out to actually be but one things for sure is it feels almost like Monday 8/24 won't get here fast enough! Hmmm.. Good question! This is something I guess is optional kinda like the upper GI I had to do for my doctor, I haven't had to do this and as far as I know I won't have to! But one things for sure is I believe I would have rather done the biopsy, that shake they have you drink for the upper GI is nasty!!

I have regular coffee and use my vanilla Premier Protein drink just like it was Creamer

My coffee is one of the major ways I reach my Protein goals. I could NEVER tolerate shakes. I just could not get them past my nose. Not sure why I thought to try it but early on I mixed 1/2 scoop of unflavored Protein powder, 1/2 scoop of chocolate Protein Powder in a large mug of coffee every morning with fat free french vanilla creamer and Splenda. It is one of the best mocha beverages I have had. Even more than a year out, I still start my day with a cup every day. I'm already looking forward to my morning cup.
