That is exceptional translates to 92lb?? I'm almost 6 months and 84lb down. Great job hunger WANs and waxes for me. I have to force myself to get Protein in. Honestly I could skip most days. But other days I have to be very mindful not to over eat.

I know how you feel the hunger is back big time. And no its not thirst or reflux and yes I have all my Protein. The battle is real and I feel your pain! I hope someone has some better advice than the stock replies

Hi all , 6 weeks post op today!! Original weight 128.5kg or 283.29 pounds , today's weight is 110.1kg or 242.72 pound . So as of today Iv lost 18.4 kg or 40.56 pounds ! Yai me!!!

Did you exercise at all during the 6 weeks? I have lost 26lbs since I started my pre op diet. Of which 14 lbs were after surgery on August 10th. (29 days). I was 194 lbs at surgery now 180 lbs. But can seriously feel the difference and see changes. It feels good to be losing weight.
