Very cool!

Congratulations! Well done!

I would like to know how much you lost in the first 3 weeks? Im 21 days postop and lost nearly 10 kg.

Did you exercise at all during the 6 weeks? I have lost 26lbs since I started my pre op diet. Of which 14 lbs were after surgery on August 10th. (29 days). I was 194 lbs at surgery now 180 lbs. But can seriously feel the difference and see changes. It feels good to be losing weight.

Congratulations! Also, glad to see someone is using the metric system - I'm still having difficulties picturing weight in lbs. :)
