I'm hangry today! I think I have had a gallon of water and cannot seem to get a handle on it. I haven't given in but I am hungry and angry that I am hungry. Hangry!

These iron supplements make my pee smell very strange. That's all for today.

Is it really possible to lose 4 pounds in one day. I am now officially in twotervilee and have lost 200 since my highest recorded weight. HURRAAYY!!!

So on January 6th I had my surgery. I am down 22 pounds, but I find myself obsessed with the scale. For the past three days he has not moved in either direction. I find myself getting frustrated and I want to know how others have handled this craziness. Thanks!

Strugglin with lunch breaks at work!

I've been stalled for most of this month. But today I stepped on the scale and was pleasantly surprised to see that I'm exactly 100 pounds down since surgery, and 155 down since my highest. I can barely believe it!

Woohoo!!! I am in a "Winner Onederland"

Had a friend come over tonight and take a ton of "before" measurements and photos: front, side, and rear. Put the measurements into Excel. Looking forward to seeing those numbers change!

NSV - Being able to ride roller coasters. Went to Knott's Berry Farm and got to ride anything and everything I wanted with out fear of not fitting into the seat. This made me super happy and made for a fun day.

Well slap me silly...celebrities that cheated to lose weight. This was the headline in the National Enquirer as I checked out my groceries today.

Who can tell me about the QUEST cookies and Cream protein cookies? Are they like Orios??

Happy 5 months post op to me! I'm 95 pounds down since surgery and 150 pounds down overall!

I'm overweight! No longer obese, severly obese or morbidly obese (the least favorite of all the terms!)
