  1. Thanks for letting me know. I can't wait for my first fill!!!!
  2. This happened to me today, and was feeling terrible until I logged on to this site. My surgery was 1/11, and I have lost 20 lbs, including preop diet and first week post-op. On Thursday, I started full-liquids and this morning my wieght is up 1.5 pounds. It is so discouraging, but it is relieving to know I am not alone. It just seems unreal that I can go from eating so many calories in a day, to practically nothing (<600) and gain even a pound.
  3. I am on a clear liquid diet for two weeks..........12 days to go! It is rough, but I know it will be worth it!
  4. Wow! That is amazing! Good for you!!!!!!!!!!
  5. Thanks for the info. I will buy some tomorrow. I am feeling hungry right now and really think the Protein would help. Can someone tell me how to add the ticker to your signature?
  6. Thank you so much! Which flavor of the Clear Isopure did you like the best? Also, where you can buy it?
  7. Today is the first day (of fourteen days) of my pre-op liquid diet. I have been instructed to ONLY consume Clear Liquids. Most of the information I have found here discusses Protein supplements, as well. Has anyone else had this same pre-op plan? Any suggestions? Also, I am having my surgery on a Friday. Is it unrealistic to think I can go back to work on Monday. My job is not physically challenging. I am an Academic Dean at a college and spend the majority of the day in my office. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
