My date is correct, thanks for posting the schedule for us. I am trying to move it up though. My parents are coming up from Florida and want to head back before the end of January. They don't like the cold. But, my surgeon only does her surgeries on Monday and is on vacation the first two weeks.

With that being said, I was really good the past few days, but was working in my house today, painting, putting down a pergo floor in the kitchen, etc, I ate more than I normally have been, but still not more than before I started on the road to the band.:whoo:

Wow, only Mondays? That's a really small window of time to have to schedule surgery. How will you move it up if she won't be there the two weeks before (ie the 7th and 14th)?

And I thought my window of time was small. I'm a full time student so I had to fit it in during my winter vacation. I managed to do it though. I'm hoping there won't be any issues that will delay it, as I will have to wait til the summer most likely to do it. But I'm staying positive and assuming that all will go as planned!

Well was hoping that the demand is there and she might be good to do it on the 14th.

There are two other docs in the practice. NYU Medical Center here in NYC. So that is probably why such a limited schedule.

I am slated for 7:00am though, have to be at the hospital at 5:00am.

My doctor only does surgeries on Tuesdays. My meeting with him is on January 4th. Hopefully, I'll be scheduled a couple weeks after. I have to be on an optifast two weeks before the surgery...we'll see.

Got approved yesterday!! My date is Jan 15, will be on a 2 week Optifast diet pre-op, plus (I think) 2 days of Clear liquids at the end.
