  1. liquid diet trouble

    I am told by the dr. that I need to go on a 2 week liquid diet. I tried a couple days before I need to actualy start but already by lunch time I have a severe headache :cry Can someone :help: I had 3 slimfast drinks by lunch, I thought that would be enough but i guess not
